Things Change, But Stay the Same for the Jews

Emanuel A. Winston- Wednesday 14th Jul 2004

Did anyone really think the International Court in the Hague (in the Netherlands) would be different than the atmosphere that has always permeated Europe regarding the Jews?

When even a Judge is submerged in a taught process of Jew-hatred, it is hard to clear the mind of those subliminal and even active thoughts which have been inculcated into the European mind-set for centuries. It would be like de-programming the Germans, French, Dutch, etc. from the years of Church-taught doctrine that Jews killed their adopted Jewish god and, therefore, they deserve whatever horrific punishment that could be devised in such minds, in his name, of course.

Not so strangely, Islam under the teachings of Mohammed through the Koran and the oral tradition, included much of the worst of anti-Jewish teachings by the Christian Church, especially the selected gospels wherein the Jews had to be destroyed and thus to be pushed out of the way as G-d's chosen people. The Court of the Hague is NOT one of Justice but, the national memory of two religions. Both Christianity and Islam needed a field clear of Jews so they could present their claim to a G-d who had talked in words to only a handful of Jewish prophets.

The Court at the Hague decision was immersed in their teachings and mind-set. What a wonderful opportunity to vent their innermost, almost sublimated, feelings - all wrapped up in so-called legalities and expression of Justice through humanitarian grounds..

Do any readers recall any time when the U.N. brought to the Hague any case where individual Arab nations or collective Arab nations had pledged and then attempted Genocide against the defendant? Humanitarian decisions when it comes to the sovereign rights of the Jewish State simply do not exist. Has the U.N. Security Council or the U.N. General Assembly ever voted a condemnation of Syria, Iran, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Yemen when they joined together to war against Israel? Did the leading nations ever move to interrupt the well known attack plans of the Arab Muslim nations?

Having absented themselves for the past 56 years from any condemnation of these Arab countries - including their Arab Muslim Palestinian Terrorist proxies, I see no reason for according credence to their decisions about what Israel is allowed or not allowed to do in protecting herself from daily terror attacks.

Both the U.N. and International Court of the Hague opted themselves out of any decision by their consistent inaction and, in addition, their clear bias in favor of Arab Muslims Terrorists. By every decision, action, non-action, pro-Arab bias they made themselves unfit as Judge and Jury for any body of Judicial Review.

The Israelis contest the decision of Friday July 9th, offering proof of a dramatic reduction in Terror attacks with only a small part of the Fence actually built. The mixed breed of Arab Muslims, calling themselves Palestinians, are screaming behind this Wall with words that speak about 'lost land' that was never theirs to begin with.

However, their real concerns and frustrations are that they have now been denied access to Israel's population for the purposes of killing them. Moreover, while complaining they were stopped from killing Jews, they concurrently demanded entry into Israel's lucrative job market - which is why they immigrated in from all over the Arab world to begin with. Most of the Arabs now living West of the Jordan River are recent arrivals, having been attracted by job opportunities and better living conditions brought by the Jews - until they were urged by their leaders, to kill the Jews.

In fact, the UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency) definition of "refugee from 'Palestine'" is someone who lived there for two years before the State of Israel was created, and fled during the War of Independence of 1948 when armies from 7 Arab countries invaded the newly born State - plus their descendants.

Israel provided jobs and decent health care from the early 1900s which the Arab Muslims could not get in Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Algeria, etc. But, the Koranic injunctions to "Kill the Infidel" (non-believers in Islam) was so strong in their teachings that they could not restrain themselves - even if it meant losing their only source of income.

Hatred runs deep and cannot be de-programmed from Arab Muslims or the European (so-called) Christians any more than one can de-program a trained attack dog. Once trained to kill, this training cannot be exorcised. If one examines the list of countries from where the Judges of Hague Court hail, with the exception of the American Judge, all have shown their anti-Israel/pro-Arab biases as exhibited in the U.N. The current 15 Judges are from Brazil, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Japan, Jordan, Madagascar, the Netherlands, Russia, Sierra Leone, Slovakia, Venezuela, the United Kingdom and the United States. Votes on most points were 14 to 1. (However, in this ruling the Dutch Judge who voted against Israel on many points in the Advisory Opinion, did join the American Judge in rejecting the call made by the international community to take action against this project.) The American and Dutch Judges offered the opinion that the Court did not take into consideration the Arab Muslims on-going Terror attacks.

I don't approve of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's Fence, because he is building a border which divides Israel, herself. Too many Jews will be left 'outside' the Fence with the Arab Muslim Palestinians who are trained to hate and kill them. The Fence is too expensive - it takes food out of the mouths of Israel's children. The Fence can be penetrated under it by tunnels and over it rockets and missiles, just as it happens from Egypt into Gaza. The current decrease in casualties and successful Terror attacks may be because the IDF has successfully cut off the heads of the Terror organizations by killing many, imprisoning others and successfully disrupting their Terror planning. This is in the short term but, be assured that the tunnels under Sharon's Fence have already been started. We have already seen rockets over that fence from Gaza into Israel.

In all fairness, the Fence has proven that separating Arabs and Jews is necessary. (Note! I speak of "separation" as a necessity and NOT the Fence.)

Also, please note the facts of the Fence which have been greatly distorted by all Media outlets, especially the TV and photographic visuals. This Fence is to be a 480 mile security barrier, currently under construction. It is comprised of 97% chain link fence and 3% of a concrete barrier (The concrete wall is all you see in the Media's graphics.) The entire barrier is a multi-fence system which incorporates ditches, barbed wired, patrol roads, observation systems and gates for crossing through after being checked for weapons. Contrary to anti-Israel propaganda, only 5 miles of the barrier is concrete or can be described as a "wall". The concrete sections are primarily in the area of the Arab Muslim cities of Qalqilya and Tulkarem, the origin of many terrorist operations, where snipers often shoot at Israeli civilians.

However, the solution will not be an artificial barrier where rabid Arab Muslims (and their international cohorts from all over the world with Peace Now, etc.) scream "Itbach Al Yehud" (Kill the Jews). They can burrow under the Fence or shoot rockets over it. The Fence is merely delaying a much greater inevitable war which cannot be stopped. Perhaps it is necessary that another State of Palestine be declared so that, when they inevitably attack Israel as a nation, we can destroy them as a nation.

Israel and the hostile Arab Muslims need a natural barrier, as follows:

In the East, the natural barrier should be the Jordan River and the wide Jordan Valley..

In the South, it would be the Sinai - newly fortified against tunnels the Egyptians who now allow to be dug in order to smuggle arms into the Arab Muslim Palestinian Terrorists.

In the North, it should have been the Litani River (which now flows wastefully into the Mediterranean but could have solved the water shortage for Israel and Jordan).

In the Northeast, it should be the Golan Heights and Mt. Hermon which holds Syria at bay.

The Arab Muslims who hate the sight of Jews and what they have built would be happier if their eyes could not see these things the Jews create and the Jews themselves. Thus, natural barriers of rivers, valleys, mountains and desert create spans of distance where Arabs will not even see a Jew.

The Arab Muslims who don't want to live in peace with Jews should be assisted in moving into the empty plains of Jordan - which already is a Palestinian State with vast empty acreage. All analysts and military planners know that King Abdullah of Jordan will be pushed aside by the Arab Muslim Palestinian majority and become the state of Palestine in a 'coup d'etat'.

Arab Muslims who wish to live peacefully in Israel, can certainly stay, but they will vote in Jordan, therefore, no longer represent a demographic time-bomb against the democratic Jewish State.

Such institutions as the Court in the Hague, the E.U., the U.N. and the Arab Block would fight this situation with all the pent-up hatred, they could bring to bear. They do not want a solution that would allow the Jewish State to exist, let alone thrive. These institutions realize that the Arab Muslims are a backward people who tend to bring nothing to this planet - except 'Jihad' (Holy War) with threats of WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) and declarations that they will make America and all of Europe, one great Muslim Caliphate.

The Europeans of France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, England.... are already awash in a sea of hostile Muslim immigrants. They have reached "critical mass". Or as Bridget Bardot recently stated in her book (for which she was fined): "France is undergoing 'Islam-ization'". Which brings the question forward to all the Europeans: How can you be friends with a people, a culture, a religion that hates you so? Islam vows to eliminate the "Crusaders" (their code-word for Christians). Islam aims for global domination.

In the weeks leading up to the Court's oral hearings, 49 nations and international organizations submitted brief to the ICJ. The majority, including the E.U. (all 15 current members plus the 10 countries joining), the U.S., Canada, Russia, Australia, Micronesia and the Marshall Islands submitted written briefs questioning the ICJ's righjt of jurisdiction to advise on the issue of Israel's security fence. Others, including the member nations of the Arab League and Cuba, submitted briefs arguing for an ICJ opinion on the fence. Fifteen countries, all of whom called for an ICJ opinion condemning the fence, made oral presentations before the Court. None of these nations want or will accept a ruling by the Hague with respect to their own actions or internal policies.

The ruling in the Hague cheered by the Arab Muslim Palestinians and the Europeans will now go back to the U.N. who instituted the Court's action. There it will be stirred by the Arab League Block to bring it to consistent anti-Israel votes in the Security Council. Their objective would be to try to pass punitive embargo measures against Israel which have been on that organization's agenda for most of Israel's existence.

Two question arise: Will the U.S. exercise its veto or will it, as it did under Ambassador Andrew Young, vote another form of "Zionism = Racism"? Will other nations accept this ruling as legal precedent which can be used against Israel anytime in the future?

As for Sharon, he has this aberrant military philosophy that if he creates this Fence and compresses Israel into an even smaller area, it will be easier to defend. Most people you would ask do not know that Israel (with Judea, Samaria and Gaza) is only 300 miles long and 50 miles wide now. Israel even now does not have strategic depth. Reducing it further will not make it easier to defend, particularly in this age of more accurate, extended range rockets and missiles. Sharon at age 75 is still fighting the wars of the past - which he did very well - then.

A War of Defense cannot start from the center of Tel Aviv and move outward. The War of Defense must immediately start at its outer perimeters and move into the enemies' strongholds. As it stands now, under Oslo since 1993, those borders have moved up to Israel's population centers under the false illusion that a hostile people could be sweetened up by appeasement and the gifting of vital tracts of Israel's heartland to her avowed enemies. The mere sight of Jews in a thriving society that they have created sends the Arab Muslim Palestinians into a killing rage while ignoring their leaders who have kept them impoverished.

Every area that Rabin and Peres gave over to Yassir Arafat has become a hotbed of Terrorists who launch attacks from these operational bases. This is what Gaza will turn into the minute the Jews are transferred out and it is 'Judenrein'. All those "foreign forces" who are infiltrating into Iraq will now enter Gaza which will become a huge, international Terror base. Remember the Arab Muslim slogan: "First the Saturday people; then the Sunday people". Sharon has learned nothing militarily or politically from the Oslo fiasco and now wishes to compound the error by withdrawing from Gaza unilaterally and inviting the Egyptians to bring its army (in time) into the Sinai which is de-militarized by law specified in the Camp David Accords.

Sharon, in his advanced years, has shown he is incapable of guiding the nation either politically, economically or even militarily. He and his Supreme Court should be dissolved immediately before he succeeds in implementing another Diaspora of the Jewish People.
